Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you would like to return all or part of your order, you have 30 days to send it back for a refund.

To start a return, contact our Customer Service at info@mairik.com and we will send you a return form and an individual return number.

Pack the items you are returning, attach the return form and send the parcel with a courier service that guarantees delivery and customs clearance for international shipments. Return shipping is at your expense. We recommend the State Postal Service, EMS, UPS or DHL.

Because of customs restrictions, returns must be sent from the country the order was delivered to.

Required documents

1. Your order includes a standard invoice form, which is required for customs clearance on returns. Fill in five copies (1 original and 4 copies) and attach them to the outside of your parcel.
2. When sending the parcel, complete the courier’s customs declaration. Under “Description of contents”, state the exact name and value of the returned items.

Once we receive the returned items, we will refund the purchase amount to the card used for payment within 10 business days. How long the refund takes to appear on your card depends on your bank, which we unfortunately cannot control.

Please note: shipping costs and customs fees are not refundable.
