We know how important it is to receive your order quickly. We ship with Major Express to CIS countries and with FedEx to all other countries.

Do you offer contactless delivery?

Yes. When the courier contacts you, just ask for contactless delivery.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

If your country’s customs rules require it, you will pay customs duty on any amount above the duty-free import allowance. The customer is responsible for any applicable import fees.

The exact amount is known only once your parcel reaches customs and the courier contacts you. Customs clearance can extend delivery time, and unfortunately we have no control over how long it takes.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Enter it on the courier’s website: Major Express or FedEx.
